Аbout the artist

Gabibulla Magomedov (b. 1994) is a member of the Artists' Union of St. Petersburg.

He has graduated with honors from the Faculty of Sculpture of the Repin Academy of Arts, being awarded a medal of the Russian Academy of Fine Arts for his thesis work.

Exhibitions:

2017 – "Narts" Festival of contemporary and traditional art of Caucasian peoples at the "Artmuza" Museum of Contemporary Art of St. Petersburg;

2018, 2020, 2022 – "Autumn", the Artists' Union of St. Petersburg;

2023 – "Spring", the Artists' Union of St. Petersburg;

2022, 2023 – "Youth of St. Petersburg", the Artists' Union of St. Petersburg;

2017 - "Art-May", "The Fortress" Museum of History and Local Lore, Kislovodsk.

Awards:

2022 - Medal of the Russian Academy of Fine Arts (artist-led by Zurab Tsereteli).

2023 - The third degree winner of the All-Russian competition-exhibition "Abstragamz", held in honor of the 100th anniversary of Rasul Gamzatov.
